Yes, you are completely correct, but I got the message that
his machine was rebooting *AFTER* a cold boot,
not *ON* a cold boot.

"After" - indicated that the boot had finished or nearly so,
therefore I assumed it was another patch rebooting somewhere
at the end of his user-startup or something in the WBStartup
that was causing the trouble.

I thought we all knew about the way 3.5 hooks itself in... (:/
